How does waitlist work?

You can join the waiting list when the date is fully booked or there are no vacancies released.

When the vacancies released or other users cancel, your reservation will be confirmed if the time and information fits yours.
※ We will not compensate for the costs from the situation where you not receive the confirmation mail of the reservation after joining the waiting list.

※ When the reservation is confirmed after joining the waiting list, you will be charged or not if you cancel the reservation based on the cancellation policy of the restaurant.

※ Joining the waiting list doesn’t mean you can make the reservation successfully.

※ Not every restaurant has waiting list function
