About the confirmation steps

• Currently confirming
We are confirming to the restaurants whether they can accept the reservation.

• The reservation is completed.
The reservation succeeds. Please visit the restaurant on the reservation date.

• Cancellation confirming
We are confirming to the restaurant about the application of cancellation

• Cancellation is completed
The restaurant finishes the cancellation.

• Cancellation on the day you visit
Cancellation happens on the day you visit when we inform the restaurant.
The cancellation fee will be charged based on the cancellation policy of restaurants.

• No show
Not appear at the restaurant on the reservation date without informing Pocket Concierge and the restaurant.
